There's something about advertisements for bail bondsmen that make me laugh, and almost make me cry. This is a great shot.
I remember, about 40 years ago, seeing a sign in Las Vegas: "Gary's Bail Bonds and Wedding Chapel" and the thought of it still makes me laugh.

An Unfittie's Guide to Adventurous Travel
I think the funnier it gets the more the message retains into people's mind. Then it is an effective awareness tool for business in Orange County. Bail bondsman I think, needs such approach to create light and lively image to the audience which is contrary on how serious the matter is.
